Method:
Muddle the sugar syrup and some mint leaves in a highball glass. Add crushed ice and lime juice, then the De Kuyper Raspberry and white rum. Stir gently and top up with soda to taste.
Additional notes:
A long cocktail variation on the traditional “Mojito” recipe – enhanced with raspberry for an extra touch of colour and flavour.
Garnish:
Skewer some raspberries/blackberries on a cocktail stick and rest on the top of the cocktail.
