Blackberry Collins
Ingredients:

| 1 Measure | De Kuyper Blackberry |
| 1 Measure | Lemon Juice |
| Top up | Soda Water |
| 1 Teaspoon | Sugar Syrup |

Method:
Pour all the above ingredients except the soda into a cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain into a highball glass half filled with ice cubes. Top up with soda.
Additional notes:A deliciously dry and fruity cocktail. If you are not a big fan of soda water, you could substitute sparkling mineral water or if you prefer your cocktail sweeter, substitute lemonade. |
Garnish:Rest a couple of freshly cut blackberries to float on the ice on the top of the cocktail
