Hendrick’s and Tonic

2 MeasuresHendrick's Gin
6 MeasuresTonic Water
Liquid volume = 200ml*
Alcoholic units = 2*
Alcohol by volume (ABV) = 10.4%*

Method:

Half fill a highball glass with ice cubes. Pour in the Hendrick’s Gin. Top up with tonic water.

Additional notes:

For best results use Schweppes tonic water to fully appreciate the botanicals of this most unusual gin!

Garnish with slices of cucumber – yes cucumber for an unusually elegant finishing touch!
