To make a Tantalise cocktail – the ingredients
you need are: a shot of De
Kuyper Apricot Brandy,
half a shot of pineapple juice, a half shot of
lemon juice, 2 dashes of Angostura
Bitters and
some ginger ale. Shake the Apricot
Brandy, pineapple
juice and lemon juice together with ice and then
pour into a high ball glass. Top up with ginger
ale and to complete the effect, add a drop of De
Kuyper Grenadine to float on the top of the cocktail.
For a finishing touch, add a slice of pineapple
to garnish the glass.
