you need are De Kuyper
Grenadine, a dark aged
rum – in-the-spirit recommends Woods
100 Navy Rum for a really good flavour - orange juice
and some freshly squeezed lime juice. Just pour
the grenadine into the glass, then blend the
rum, orange juice and lime juice together and
pour carefully over the grenadine. Don’t
be tempted to stir it before you serve it so
that you then have the vivid red colour of the
grenadine at the bottom of the glass mingling
with the orange, lime and rum to give a really
unusual effect. It’s so easy!
