This month’s featured cocktail recipe is for a “Fluffy Duck”!! No not the lovely cute chicks with feathers but a luscious cocktail which manages to be tangy, fruity, velvety and long – all at the same time!

All you need to concoct this fabulous cocktail is gin, Warninks Advocaat, De Kuyper Triple Sec, orange juice and soda water. It’s really simple to make! Pour all the ingredients (except the soda water) into an ice-filled glass, stir well and top off with soda water. What could be easier??
